These Ann Norling Christmas Stocking Kits are derived from Ann Norling Pattern #1013. They feature four beloved designs sold by the Ann Norling Group many years ago. These dynamic patterns are adored by Christmas Stocking enthusiasts and each kit includes all necessary materials for a specific design chosen by you, including yarn, pattern, graphics, and instructions. US Size 5 and 7 needles, as well as US size 7 double pointed needles and stitch markers (not included), are needed for completion. The finished stockings measure approximately 7"x25" and the knitting instructions are applicable to any of the featured designs. The gauge is 5 sts and 7 rows = 1", using recommended needle sizes (USA) of #5 for hem, #7 for body, and #7 double pointed needle (or size required for gauge). These stocking kits are not toys, but are decorative stockings or ornaments intended for older children and adults but not young children as some components used in the kits may pose a choking hazard. Knitters with basic knitting knowledge and some Intarsia or Fairisle knitting experience should have no problem knitting these stockings.
