The combination of increased piping diameter along with smooth bends relieves the exhaust restriction and turbulence under acceleration which will increase the horsepower and torque. This will also help improve the throttle response and reduces the turbo lag. Don't forget, if you have the stock downpipe/J-pipe, you'll need an adapter - available to purchase separately!
