Cleveland Seamoss guava leaves are natural and organic and freshly picked from guava trees. Our leaves are sundried in St. Lucian. Guava Leaves have been traditionally used to make tea (cold or hot tea)
How to prepare Guava Leaf Tea
Boil 6 cups of water after water is boiled take 3 leaf and place in hot water.
Allow to steep (cover) for at least 5-7 minutes.
Turn your pot off allow to reach your desired temperature
Remaining tea can be stored in a airtight cup, container or mason jar and refrigerated for later on.
