The BBS Resistance Bands are used to intensify and engage different levels of tension while working out.
Adding our BBS Bands to your exercises are a great to emphasize resistance and activation of your glutes.
Can be used anywhere from the gym to your own home ! The band is packaged in a mesh bag, so you can take it on the go!
Includes non slip resistance grips on the interior to prevent the band from rolling up your thighs.
HOW TO USE:
The bands are very versatile. One way is to place band around your thighs, ideally right above your knees, and keep your legs pressing against the band.
