Burdock roots, has been used for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits. Burdock root help aid digestion, help prevent damage to the liver, detoxifies blood and promotes blood circulation to the skin surface, improving skin texture and mitigating conditions like eczema.
To make Tea: Simmer 1 tbs dried root in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes. Drink up to 4 cups daily. Tea can also be used as a skin and face wash.
