for sizing, i fall between a small and medium. i am tall and long but have a small bust. i purchased a tank crop recently in a medium and it was baggy and i gifted it to a very happy friend. i am afraid that the small will also be too little so if possible, i’d love to get small plus?? a slim medium??

i have another pair of the high waisted shorts that fit vey well in the hips and thigh, but gap a bit in the front and back at the waist. my waist measurement is a true 28 which falls under the medium size. i’d like to stick with the medium with a slightly small waist if that is possible, too.
