Our Organic West Shea Butter Butyrospermum parkii is cold pressed and unrefined. West Shea Butter has  a unique fatty acid composition making it a suitable emollient for many skin-care applications, such as baby-care products, massage creams, make-up, and similar products. One unique characteristic of West Shea Butter is its content of unsaponifiables (up to 11%) which imparts soothing properties and can possibly provide extra sun protection. 

 

Suggested use at 5-40% in the oil phase
