Garden of Wisdom's Nettle Leaf Hydrosol is a rich source of nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and K and minerals like calcium, magnesium, and iron. It also contains flavonoids and other plant compounds that are believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Nettle leaves, often referred to simply as "nettles," are the leaves of the stinging nettle plant (Urtica dioica). Once gathered and processed into a hydrosol, there is absolutely no stinging from the nettles, just refreshed and happy skin. Nettle is a perennial herbaceous plant found in various regions worldwide, including Europe, Asia, and North America.
