You asked, and we answered!  This is a bent top of the keyway turner set for all of the lefty pickers out there. 

These top of the keyway turning tools are bent on the short end to facilitate more comfortable tensioning for left handed pickers.  When installed at the top of a keyway, the bend provides a natural shelf for your right hand pointer finger to rest upon.  These provide the perfect tensioning platform for powering through long practice sessions without cramps caused by awkward hand positions.
