In Open Spaces second issue, they avoid crowds as they drive through Montana’s National Parks; stay at an artists curated home in California’s Morongo Desert Valley; and learn about the natural beauty of Lebanon and its people. They then delve into “the Time Landscape” a Land Art piece in the middle of New York city, and later travel to the Cusco region of Peru to have a discussion with Chef Virgilio Martinez and Architect Rafael Freyre of Mil Centro, who will share how they integrated the surrounding communities, explaining the importance of this land and geographical positioning to their restaurant and research lab project.
