Being rich, however, has incredible nourishing benefits, as palm oil is very rich in carotenes and antioxidants that help to fight damaging free radicals. The carotenoids in palm oil help to reverse signs of aging by aiding in cell regeneration, as well as promoting vitamin A activity in the skin.
