The Linoleic acid content of Safflower Oil (High Linoleic) is typically found at over 70%. After extracting the oil from the seed, Safflower Oil (High Linoleic) is refined, resulting in a clear honey-colored oil with a bland odor. The oil is used for cosmetic applications. Some believe that the essential fatty acids in Safflower Oil-High Linoleic help to counteract and prevent inflammation and provide other health benefits. Safflower oil is conditioning, which will help to retain moisture in the skin and help to hydrate and moisturize dry skin.
