Directions for Use:

Drop a small amount (about 1ml or one dropperful) into a cup.

Dilute with equal parts water, about 1ml.

Swish thoroughly for 60 seconds, then spit out.

Use twice daily after brushing your teeth. For better results, do not rinse.
