Product Description

EVANIX VIPER SEMI AUTO PCP PISTOL .25 Cal

Evanix has introduced the VIPER Semi Automatic PCP Pistol available in .177, .22, and .25 caliber. The Evanix VIPER is a high quality air powered side arm, designed to deliver a quick succession of up to 16 shots (.177 cal) and 14 shots in (.25 cal) with extreme precision and accuracy. This Evanix VIPER semi-auto PCP pistol will give you an up close look at this outstanding new PCP pistol as well as demonstrate the power and accuracy of this game changing PCP.

To be able to mount sights, the pressurized air pistol has been fitted with a Weaver/Picatinny mounting rail, which also accommodates the already installed (removable) open sights. A small window on the right side allows the user to see if the Viper is cocked. The left side features a safety switch that can be operated with the thumb. For adjustments to the hammer spring, the dial on the rear of the Viper can be adjusted. After removing the thread protector, a sound moderator can be attached to the 1/2 UNF muzzle thread to reduce noise output.

The primary air reservoir of the Evanix Viper is located underneath the barrel and the secondary air reservoir is located around the barrel. These can be filled up to 250 bar through the Foster connection at the bottom of the Evanix Viper. The average shot count per caliber is as follows

Looking as sharp as a viper’s snakebite, the new Evanix Viper semi-automatic air pistol is turning heads in the AirGun community.

It features a light, crisp trigger and two 6 round mags. Along with its eye-catching look, it has a similar weight and feel to a traditional pistol. It includes threading for moderators and iron sights.

This gun is good for 2 magazines worth of shots before having to refill. It is also extremely accurate and consistent. This gun comes with 2 magazines, 2 x 6 round single mags.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Viper likes heavier pellets and slugs, the factory recommends 25 grain for proper operation and shot count (14 shots per fill). We've got customers that have tested up to 34 grain and have had great results. However we recommend staying below 26 grain and using a ammo no longer than 10mm. ALSO READ THE OWNER MANUAL PRIOR TO OPERATING THE AIRGUN.

HELPFUL OWNER INFO: For optimal performance you will want to stay below 26Gr. with either a pellet or slug, and at a maximum ammo length of 10mm. Also, when you cock it back and load your magazine, while clocked back push the slide forward. Once forward you can remove from the safety and start shooting the gun. If you fail to s push forward the slide, your ammo will get stuck in the barrel. The Hammer Spring can be adjusted on rear back side of the gun is a large screw, this is the hammer adjustment screw. On the left side of the gun next to the fill probe is the pressure release allen screw, which when loosened will decompress the air out of the gun.

If the Viper is not charging with an empty tank make sure that the gun is cocked prior to charging.

If the air was run completely out of the tank you may need to "FAST CHARGE" it using an air tank.  This blast of air will most likely close the air valve and allow charging to fill and hold pressure.

NEVER dry fire the Viper intentionally it can cause failure points in the gun!  This is an unregulated airgun that will dump air into the barrel to propel the pellet.  If there is no pellet the back pressure will be insufficient to reset the air valve and it will "machine gun burr" and release the air in the tank.

Never fire with the tank below about 120 bar, this is insufficient to properly cycle the semi auto as it will not have enough back pressure.
