For all the customers that Toyota left out when paint matching TRD spoilers, here is your solution. Never were able to obtain an authentic JDM spoiler? Well then it's a solution for every GR86 / BRZ owner then.
Easy to install and the results speak for themselves!
All 3M adhesive and no drilling.
NOTE: Toyota changed the Neptune blue color for the 2024+ GR86, our current spoiler is the color of the 22-23 and will be lighter than the 24+ color.
Installation
Due to the installation method, this requires stable 80 degree+ weather for the first 72 hours. 3M develops a strong bond by 24 hours, but a full bond within 72 hours.
This is a two person install. Prep the installation area, making sure it is free from dust, debris, ceramic coating, wax, etc. Together, pre-align the spoiler to find the best position. Take note of it.
Use the 3M and place it along the outer edge of the spoiler. Make sure it is not visible once the spoiler is installed. Use the rest of the tape through the center portions of the spoiler. Remove the backing of the tape and place in the same position you did when test fitting. Improper position will lead to improper fitment. Place firm downward pressure for a 30 seconds in each spot. With a two person install, you can do this at multiple points at the same time.
Do not place so much weight that you damage the spoiler. Firm pressure is recommended.
