HB500 is a Universal Binder that can be used in any base coat intermix formula to replace the binder used by the company. The Tamco advantage is that using HB500 ends the need for special "base-making" reducers! Yes, replacing your binder with HB500 will allow you to use a urethane reducer like our HR1360,HR1370, HR1380 or HR1390.
