The Pistia Stratiotes 'Ruffled' is a tropical, free-floating plant that adds a unique touch to any pond. Its velvety ribbed leaves form delicate, pale green rosettes that resemble a cabbage plant. The leaves can grow up to 8 - 10 inches long and 4 inches wide, producing plantlets that stretch out from the mother plant on slender stems. These plantlets can be separated and older plants can be thinned out for optimal growth.
