Directions for Use
Ensure optimal pond care with KOI PHARMA® Pure Nitro by following these steps:
Determine Treatment Needs:
Preventative/New Fish Dose: 25 grams per 1,000 gallons of pond water.
Heavy Bacterial Treatment Dose: 50 grams per 1,000 gallons for severe issues.
Prepare for Treatment:
Perform a 30-50% water change to remove excess organic matter.
Mixing the Medication:
Measure and dissolve the appropriate amount in a bucket of pond water.
Applying the Medication:
Evenly distribute the mixture throughout the pond.
Maintain Aeration:
Ensure sufficient aeration, especially in warmer weather.
Post-Treatment Care:
After 5-10 days, perform a 30-50% water change.
Additional water changes may be necessary for clarity. Use Aquascience Ultimate® or ClorAm-X® to dechlorinate.
