Frogbit is a perfect addition to your sunny or shady pond. It happily suspends from the water's surface while also gathering nutrients for other plants and critters with its submerged roots. This versatile plant can also be planted in deep water, around lakes, or even on shorelines; best of all, Frogbit is ready for planting right out of the bag!
Frogbit is a floating plant with leathery heart-shaped leaves that are deeply notched at the base and thick in the center. Flowers are small and white and grow on stalks about 1/3 as tall as the leaves from summer to early fall. Frog Bit Blooms July-August and then goes dormant in Winter. Intermingles well with water lilies and other pond plants. So don't wait, pick yours up today!
